Safety management

• Although ISM isn't mandatory for most vessels, we implement safety management systems on all  vessels in our fleet to maintain the highest professional level possible
• Although ISPS is not mandatory for most vessels, we implement security plans on all vessels in our fleet to maintain the highest professional level

Reporting

• Proactive; before you’re in our fleet we calculate your costs and based on that we spend
• Well provide financial and operational reporting on a monthly basis
• Well text or email for your OK in case of large expenses
• Our system is transparent, make an appointment and go with us over expenses/receipts

Crew

• We can help you find Captain and crew
• We can oversee crews work, set targets and work towards the targets
• We can help you find freelance crew
• We can make sure crew have necessary permits and take care of payroll

Payroll

• If needed we can take care of the hiring and firing, managing, safety inspections and payroll

Maintenance

• We can create a maintenance plan, execute, and inspect on necessary maintenance

Yard period

• We can oversee the yard period, keep track on hours and make sure contractors perform as agreed
• We prefer to go over intended work with owner first, then have contractors giving quotes and then execute the yard period.
